Like lots of you out there, time and creativity play a role in truly embracing scrapbooking. In my case, though I love creative expression, I am not confident in my scrapbooking ability. My good friend Jennifer Grant, founder of I Remember When, swears she'll make a scrapbooker out of me yet.
What I have jumped into with both feet is the fun of digital scrapbook templates that are already designed for me. My latest favorite place for these is Smilebox. With Smilebox, you can easily drag photos into mutiple themed scrapbook pages that can be sent to friends and family in slideshows to music. You can also purchase templates to reuse and print out. I signed up for a year for $39.95 for unlimited templates so I can pull them into ZoomAlbums.
This is a page from our family trip to Disneyland we took in January. I used the slideshow to send and share with family and then saved templates from a couple of designs to get 12 pages for my Disney Smilebox ZoomAlbum. So fun!<d
Here are some more great scrapbook pages from our Disney trip using Smilebox.
As you can see, there are lots of designs to choose from. I've made slide shows of my daughters birthday party, summers in Maine, and valentines day using Smilebox and then pulling the jpeg images of the designed pages into ZoomAlbums to carry in my purse.
Wright, the CEO of Smilebox, came by our booth last week at PMA. He was
very helpful and gave me some good pointers. He also reminded me that I can now
share my Smilebox creations on my blog so here goes...Click on this: PowderPigs 2007 to see one of my Smilebox slideshows.
